Gold King Crab

Golden King Crab: Golden King Crab is the smallest of the three King Crab species. They are gold and orange in color and average in weight from 4–8 lb. The crab has a fan like shaped shell and five pairs of legs, which carry the small claw and broiler claw. The Golden King Crab will surely impress your taste buds after the first mouth watering bite.

Process: Golden King Crab is caught and frozen at sea. Once the catch is brought on deck, the processing cycle begins. The legs and claws are separated from the body, and then cooked on board. Once the cooking process is completed, the Golden King Crabs then frozen with a minimal amount of glaze to lock in the meats flavor. The crab is then wrapped in a food grade liner and packed in 20lb boxes. These steps ensure that after purchase, our product is ready to be thawed and consumed at home.
